Fall Workshops to Focus on Merit Badges

The 2021 Merit Badge Introduction Workshop will be held on three separate dates – November 6, November 13 and December 11.

Virtual classes will be available via Zoom on all three dates, and some in-person classes will be offered on November 6 and 13 at Camp Winnebago and Flanders Park in Mount Olive.

Online registration will open on September 30 through the council calendar at www.ppcbsa.org.

Detailed class offerings and class catalogues will be posted on the council calendar prior to September 30, 2021.

The purpose of the workshop is to introduce badges to the Scouts and to help them understand the merit badge process. For most of the merit badges, Scouts will obtain a partial but will not be able to complete the merit badge at this event.  Once registered in a workshop class, unit leaders will need to assign each Scout to the counselor (as listed in the catalog) in Scoutbook.
