Register Now for National Jamboree

Next summer, 30,000 young men and women, members of Scouts BSA from all corners of the land, will descend upon Summit Bechtel Reserve, West Virginia, and participate in the quadrennial National Scout Jamboree. The event runs from July 20 through the 30, 2021, featuring a full slate of activities unparalleled in breadth and scope. The theme – “Face the Challenge.”

Participants in the jamboree experience:

  • Stadium shows – past headliners included
    • National Political Leaders
    • The Pentatonix
    • Plain White T’s
    • Disney Broadway Headliners
    • Fireworks
  • Adventure sports like bouldering, whitewater rafting and kayaking
  • A 3,000-foot-long 50 MPH zip line
  • Shotgun, rifle, pistol and archery ranges
  • BMX bicycle and skateboard parks
  • Rappelling towers
  • Forest Canopy Tours
  • Stupendous views while hiking up Mount Jack
  • Patch trading and fellowship with Scouts from every council in the nation
  • Scouts receive three jamboree T-shirts, hat, kerchief and more.
  • Charter bus to and from the jamboree

Patriots’ Path is now forming four troops of boys and one troop of girls with monthly meetings scheduled to begin in June 2020 At these meetings, and over the course of a shakedown weekend in April 2021, the Scouts will get to know each other, prepare for their adventure, and plan their activities for the event.
