Flintlocks Support Toys for Tots Campaign

Units of the Patriots’ Path Council, BSA participated in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. Units dropped off toys at the Cedar Knolls and Mountainside Scout Shops.

Special thanks to the Flintlocks and the participants at Scouting University for their support. Thanks also to the council community service committee and Linda Cummings for coordinating the effort.

The council collected 1,187 toys for distribution to needy children in the area. The Patriots’ Path Council was recognized  with the Commander’s Award, the highest award for support of the Toys for Tots Program.

Eagle Scout Association Merit Scholarship Recipient

We are pleased to announce that Stephen Rozek is this year’s Eagle Scout Association Merit Scholarship recipient.

Thanks to all that read and scored applications.

He will receive the scholarship on January 4th at the Eagle Scout Recognition and Dinner.
