Charter Certificates and Membership Cards Are Available!

Charter certificates and membership cards were distributed at the February roundtables for units that turned in their charter renewals on time and with no unresolved errors.

After roundtables the packages may be picked any time during regular Scout shop hours at the Cedar Knolls Scout Shop.  If you want to stop in for your kit, it would be best to check in with your district executive as sometimes they make special delivery arrangements such as bringing them to district activities or meetings.  Special arrangements can be made to pick your material up at the Mountainside Scout Shop by contacting Art Lobdell (art.lobdell@scouting.org or 973 765-9322 x 228).  Requests received by 5 PM on Mondays will be delivered for pick-up at Mountainside on Wednesday and will be held there for one week leaving on the following Tuesday. Charters can only be held in Mountainside for one week as the space there is very limited and not conducive to long term storage of items.  After one week the package will be returned to Cedar Knolls.
