2015 Camp Card

The 2015 Camp Card has been finalized.  And will be available the week of 3/2/15.

Your order can be brought to your district roundtable or can be picked at either Scout shop (with advance notice)

I regret that we were not able to secure any grocery store for 2015.  All efforts hit stone walls.

The cards for this year have vendors that we all probably use during the year.

I say “cards” because this year we have TWO cards.

Card A has more locations in the Middlesex, Somerset and Union Counties.

Card B has more locations in the Morris and Sussex Counties.

2015 Camp Card info sheet for a list of vendors and the 2015 Leaders Guidebook and the form to order Camp Cards for your unit or sign up your unit online.

Raritan Valley District Webelos Woods

Open to all Patriots’ Path Council Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts!

The search for the Arrow of Light is happening this spring! Raritan Valley District is hosting their annual Webelos Woods Weekend.

Location:  Winnebago Scout Reservation
Date: Friday-Sunday, May 1-3, 2015
Cost: $21.00 per person
Last Day to Register: Sunday, April 26th
Late Fee: $4 late fee per person after 26th and for walk-ins

What is Webelos Woods?: The Cub Scout Webelos Scout program includes preparing the 4th/5th grade boys to move up to the next level of Scouting, i.e., the Boy Scout troop!  At the Webelos Woods Camping event the primary purpose is giving boys and adults an understanding of a Boy Scout camping experience.  In Boy Scouts, the boys themselves have responsibility for planning and running their own activities, including electing “boy” leaders and planning/running campouts.  During Webelos Woods, leaders will assist the boys in beginning the learning process of establishing their own boy leadership, while learning a variety of outdoor skills.  Activities also include the opportunity to work on rank requirements, as well as Arrow of Light award requirements.

All participants will receive a commemorative patch!
