Personal Management Merit Badge Workshop

Registration is only ON-LINE, starting August 29th @ 7:00 am.

Register at www.ppbsa.org, through the September 16th date on the council calendar.  $15 registration fee.

Designed to help Scouts earn the Personal Management merit badge, this in-depth, interactive, 4-session workshop is offered by financial professionals at their place of business.  The workshop is recommended for Scouts in grade 8 or above and with the rank of First Class or above.  Each session will cover different topics/requirements.  Attendance at the first session is mandatory. 

Tuesdays – September 16th, October 14th,  November 18th & December 9th from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

400 Campus Drive, Florham Park, NJ 07932.  Attendance at the September 16th session is mandatory.  Check-in for each begins at 5:45 pm.

Expectations:  

1)       Bring your “blue card” for Personal Management, signed by your Scoutmaster & filled out, to each session.

2)      Read the current Personal Management merit badge pamphlet in advance & bring it to each session.

3)      Bring materials to take notes at each session.

4)      Some work will be required outside of the 4 sessions to complete the requirements.  Attendance at the workshop does not guarantee that you will complete the requirements.

5)      All electronic devices must be turned off during the workshop sessions.

6)      Advance registration is required.  No walk-ins.

7)      Wear your “Class A” Scout uniform.
